NewJeans side: "HYBE requests change of ambassador from Haein to Le Sserafim"
Added 2025-03-07 05:30:49 +0000 UTCOn March 7th, a hearing was held for Ador's application for a provisional injunction to "preserve the status of the agency and prohibit the signing of advertising contracts, etc." As an example of discrimination by HYBE, NewJeans claims that "at HYBE's request, the ambassador was changed from Haein to Le Sserafim."
NewJeans stated, "Contrary to our promise to debut as HYBE's first girl group, Le Sserafim debuted first." "Haein was selected as the ambassador for a certain brand, but at HYBE's request, the ambassador was replaced by Le Sserafim." "When we checked with the brand, we found out that HYBE had made the request first, and that the brand had naturally asked for the debtor's approval, and we even received an apology."
If the court "grants" the provisional injunction, it will put a brake on NewJeans' independent activities.

Why are they carping about about this... the statements between managers and BSH are proof of what really was the delay... waiting for their realization of why they really didn't get to debut first.
