I’m hoping to write a guide/book on how to save money for BTS concerts and perhaps a guide on how to stream properly. Is it okay to use the band name in the title or should it be something general? I know I shouldn’t use the groups logo but I’m confused as to what would fall under intellectual property/copyright/trademark. Would quoting a lyric be considered infringement? I definitely don’t want to infringe on any of the intellectual property they’ve worked so hard to create. Thank you in advance.

I'm curious about the impact and ramifications of AI generated content produced without permission of the IP owner (so prevalent on YT). Examples: using a singer's voice to make a song cover, creating videos using a celebrity's image (basically Photoshop on steroids), etc. What are the current legal protections available for the entertainer?

I would be interested in finding out what possible issues or barriers HYBE or BTS could encounter as they transition or expand within a western marketplace vs. what they are experienced in SK. Also, in general, what are common stumbling blocks international celebrities encounter whether it’s law related & what would make brands hesitant to seek out international celebrities and, describe the opposite, in what would attract brands to seek collaborations with international celebrities. Also, please share examples of your top good & bad cases of working with international celebrities and how & if those issues were resolved. Ok, am looking forward to the interview & 🤞🏽 Hope I can catch it live. Ok, thank you! This is such an interesting topic but I’m pretty clueless as to what his day-to-day workload looks like & just would like to learn more about what his job entails. 💜🫶🏼💜

This is exciting! I look forward to watching it! Everyone has covered the questions I have!

I would like to know if he thinks there could be something that would cause MHJ/NJ to be confident in a positive outcome for them. It seems to all who support ADOR/HYBE it is a cut and dried case. You can’t unilaterally end a contract by stating you want out without consequences. But MHJ/NJ have steamrolled ahead without any worries. How much can positive public sympathy (or a government official in their back pocket) influence the outcome. They just seem too confident.

Why doest seem people in entertainment in Korea , in entertainment seem to be alone when they make a mistake ,why nobody defends them ,protect, so they can make it ,find jobs ,go on with life ,be happy ,thank you!!

HOW EXCITING!!! I would be very interested to know his opinion on how Hybe is handling the whole Mama Roach + old pants situation. Does he think there's a lot more going on in terms of tactics on Hybe's end? Or is this really just them abiding by the law, playing the long game just making safe choices? As opposed to mama Roach, whose tactic seems to be "fuck around and find out". 😆 I'm looking forward to hearing other's questions and learning from this content!
