Statement From Minji Danielle Hanni Haerin Hyein

Official Statement from Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein Hello. This is Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein.

We have learned through the media that ADOR has filed both a 'Confirmation of Validity of Exclusive Contract' lawsuit and an application for an 'Injunction to Preserve Agency Status and Prohibit Advertising Contract Execution.' We recently received the complaint and application documents, and we have appointed Law Firm Sejong LLC as our legal representative.

Given that ADOR and HYBE have appointed Kim & Chang Law Firm as their representative, we felt we needed a law firm capable of responding to this. We believe Sejong is the most suitable firm to respond to this rapidly progressing injunction, as they already understand HYBE and ADOR's wrongdoings and issues. HYBE and ADOR failed to fulfill their duties as an agency to protect and nurture their artists.

Throughout our activities, there were various forms of interference, both big and small, and they essentially abandoned us and tried to replace us, disguising their statement "we will terminate your entertainment career" as "extended vacation." Even after the legitimate termination of our exclusive contract, groundless criticism poured in through the press and YouTube reaction channels – most of which contained information that could only have been provided by ADOR and HYBE.

We cannot help but think that ADOR and HYBE are at the center of all these situations. While ADOR and HYBE publicly ask us to return, behind the scenes where the public cannot see, they have continued to harass and attack us as before. Recently, they secretly met with some of our parents in attempts to persuade and divide us. Instead of disparaging, attempting to divide, and engaging in media play with false information through cowardly methods behind the scenes, we would prefer to determine right from wrong honestly and fairly.

We state this firmly: The five of us have absolutely no intention of returning to HYBE and ADOR, from whom we cannot expect even minimal good faith. Even after the termination of our exclusive contract, we wanted to complete our remaining schedules and contracts amicably without conflict, and we hoped to avoid causing harm to involved parties.

Seeing ADOR and HYBE refusing to cooperate with these intentions and efforts, and causing harm to us and many others through improper methods, we decided to no longer remain silent. We will fight proudly in court through legal proceedings to clearly reveal the wrongdoings of ADOR and HYBE, and to make the truth known. We are sorry to worry our fans who cherish and love us. However, we will stand firm until the end through legitimate means so that we can freely share our music with you again soon.

Please continue to support us. Thank you.

How arrogant to attempt to unravel kpop by scaring investors. How selfish and ignorant. Embarassing.

"we will stand firm until the end" yup you will. And after you'll still be standing alone as everyone has moved on.

It's very timely trying to get attention away from JHope's tour. Nice try, old shorts 😂

Sorry for them😕because didn't J-Hope tickets sell out. It didn't really achieve anything. It just shows how they don't understand. How this will effect their careers. If they or whoever is trying to take down Hybe & Ador( which we know is Kakao). Whatever decision is made and it effect the whole kpop industry. It won't only effect. Hybe & Ador other major and minor entertainment companies. Who would want to invest in kpop anymore. So Kakao will be effected as well. Please correct me if I'm wrong please.

Wow wow wow..... I really want them to go to court quickly and present all their evidence. If it's anything like Hanni's 'I was ignored', well then.... and if there are specific things that happened that are more serious, why haven't they presented them yet? These girls don't seem to get the bigger picture, how any group or artist being able to just declare their contract void and walk away without repercussions, because they feel the contract has been invalidated in some way, could seriously impact the whole kpop industry negatively. Fine, I'm all for artists that are mistreated being able to go to court with proof and have the contract cancelled, but are these girls seriously that delulu? Intrigued to see how this plays out.

So glad to see so much empathy for the girls. What a Sh** show MHJ is putting them through. Decisive move to completely bury their careers. So sad this was published on their behalf as it makes them complicit.

when they say : "We will fight proudly in court through legal proceedings", does it mean they are suing Hybe/Ador? because the legal procedures ongoing are not about wrongdoing, but about the validity of their contract. does that mean they filed a lawsuit and now they have the burden of proof? otherwise it's another case of "a lot of words and no substance"

Couldn't help buy see 5 toddlers stomping their feet in frustration while reading that.

Just so interesting how this was released today, the day JHope tickets go on sale. lol tickets still sold out in 30 minutes!!

Arlene

This is just so sad. They keep making it worse for themselves, and think they sound like big girls or should I say women. No, they're brainwashed little babies.
