ADOR Sexual Harassment Case- Former Employee vs. Min Hee-jin, Defamation Lawsuit Mediation Fails

They explained that regardless of the monetary amount, they were open to mediation if Min expressed regret for "taking a one-sided position, disclosing private legal matters and conversations without consent, and other such actions."
However, Min Hee-jin's legal representative briefly conveyed her stance that she had no intention of pursuing mediation. It was confirmed that Min's side told the mediator they "do not acknowledge the entirety of the claims made by Party A.
Party A alleged that they were sexually harassed by ADOR's former deputy CEO during their tenure at the company last year and accused Min Hee-jin of attempting to cover it up.
After Min released an official statement denying the allegations and publicly criticizing Party A's work performance, Party A filed complaints against Min Hee-jin in August of the same year with the Mapo Police Station in Seoul, accusing her of defamation and violating the Personal Information Protection Act.

It's so hard for victims of sexual harassment to such trials, because it's usually word against word, and unfortunately, in this world led by money-games and greed, the powerful have leverage (you do that for me, I'll do that for you). And the victims end up being accused of victimizing themselves... The feeling of helplessness and fear is overwhelming. But here... there's written proof. And MHJ has proven time and again that her word is worth nothing in the realm of truth. The court better acknowledge it...
