Here is a link to how Jin got started with "Jin's Alcohol Journey". He also talks a lot about the making of The Astronaut and his love of band type mudic. And I just realized that the chef he worked with referred to Jin being on "another level" when talkingcabout games, food, and alcohol! Episode 1 - https://youtu.be/ekrBiWe1qFU?si=-tg6vj8LmY5CBqQz I really enjoyed watching the small series he did on this before enlisting. "Jin's Alcohol Journey" Watching him take care of his alcohol like almost a baby was cute. My husband I used to make our own beer, lager, ale, etc when we lived in Alaska and it was a fun process. It must run in the family. My nephew that lives in South Korea has made and distilled numerous types of alcohol and has a small YT channel about it. They like to use various produce they purchase locally to make everything from vodka to brandy. I think their last was watermelon brandy... which if you know about Korea fresh produce can be rather expensive. I've been very tempted to make my own Makgeolli (fermented rice wine). It's hard to get here unless it is pasteurized and pasteurization destroys a lot of it's health benefits. Makgeolli is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and beneficial microorganisms. So a lot of people make theirs at home as Jin did. He was then going to have it distilled and aged while he was in the military. But in South Korea if you are even going to give away alcohol for free you have to have a company do it for you or have your own commercial distillery... so that is what Jin did. Since he had to go through all that just to give away his homemade brew I was hopeful he would just extend it into a business since he and the alcohol master had already gone through all that to develop the original recipe.

2024-12-16 02:24:54 +0000 UTCI want one of the bottles very much. I hope eventually they will ship. If they can't do it for individuals then my favorite small liquor store might be able to order it. They've ordered stuff for me before.
