ADOR's Response To New Jeans Staff Accusing ADOR of Harassment
Added 2024-12-06 22:28:18 +0000 UTCADOR has responded to allegations from a former employee claiming the company "forced employees to stay in the office and demanded personal phones be handed over," stating, "There was no coercion involved."
In a statement released today (6th), ADOR explained, "A recent incident occurred where an employee in charge of artist management directly contacted an advertiser and encouraged a direct contract between the artist and the brand, excluding the company."
The company further stated, "This is a serious breach of trust that facilitates a violation of the artist's exclusive contract."
ADOR added, "We immediately launched an investigation and provided the employee with ample opportunities to explain. However, the employee responded with false statements contradicting clear evidence and refused to cooperate."
The company clarified, "As a result, we were left with no choice but to place the employee on administrative leave and request the return of company property, including a company-issued laptop. At no point during this process was any coercion involved."
ADOR also noted, "On the contrary, the employee delayed the return of the laptop for hours, offering various excuses, and eventually returned it after it had been completely reset and formatted."
The company concluded, "We plan to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter and take any necessary legal action."
Previously, the employee alleged, "ADOR demanded personal phones and laptops from managers and even forced them to stay in the office for over three hours, preventing them from going home."

Ador needs to find a way to scrape all employees hired by MHJ, the company cannot be salvaged with all of her loyalists still in employment with Ador and by extension HYBE. The company and HYBE will continue to face issues because they've been infiltrated. They've got to find a way to burn Ador to the ground without burning it to the ground.

2024-12-09 11:15:50 +0000 UTCAdor are honouring their side of the contract which will be very important come the trial. No breach of contract on their part. No matter how irritating it can be to know that the girls are still using company staff etc etc. I wonder who did their hair and makeup for their latest press conference? An Ador employee no doubt. Their leader should be up for paying back all the lost revenue to Ador from all the corrupt practices, falling share price etc once it all goes to court. I now can’t see Ador losing because there are too many vested interests in the K-pop industry and culture to just let them get away with their behaviour unless they really do have some bombshell evidence against Ador. Judging on past behaviour of their leader I doubt this very much. The tampering allegation is a very serious one which the girls will have the burden of proof to disprove. So we shall see……
