That is why I think BSH long ago started planning and buying companies so all the eggs were not on one basket. I don't care what the BSH haters think. He cares about our guys. At first it was business... but they got close and became friends. That's natural when you write music with people. These days he's more of an Uncle to them. He never had to give them all that he has and such favorable contracts. Sure he had to improve the contracts as they had deserved it and were owed that respect. But basically they have the keys to their own castle now and co-own their music.... all of it and not just the stuff since the new contract. Most labels fight against that tooth and nail. He's given them options for even more control at Big Hit which is smart. They don't have to take the options until or IF they want it. I mean it's a lot of work to run a label and they are still young and chasing their dreams. Managing Big Hit and other artists might be more of a burden for them at this point. But one day they may want that.
