Former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin stepped down from her position as an executive director of ADOR and left the company, and at the same time, she unfollowed the official Instagram account of the group New Jeans.
When checking former CEO Min’s Instagram account on the 20th, it was found that former CEO Min unfollowed the official Instagram account of New Jeans. Former CEO Min deleted the ADOR link from her profile and also deleted ADOR’s official Instagram from her following list. Currently, there is no one on her Instagram following list.
There are various interpretations of this in the entertainment industry. First, it is interpreted that she naturally unfollowed the related accounts as she stepped down from her position as an executive director of ADOR. Since New Jeans itself is ADOR’s intellectual property (IP), this is an expression of her intention to no longer follow the account called New Jeans, separate from her affection for the current members of New Jeans.
Some are seeing the possibility that former CEO Min could create a new group with a new name, not New Jeans. This is because she foreshadowed new activities in her statement of resignation. On the 20th, former ADOR CEO Min released a statement expressing his intention to resign as an inside director of ADOR, saying, "I intend to terminate the shareholder agreement with HYBE and hold HYBE legally responsible for breach of the shareholder agreement. In addition, I plan to take necessary legal action one by one against the numerous illegal acts committed by HYBE and its associates."
He continued, "Even in the midst of the hellish dispute with HYBE that started with HYBE's illegal audit in April and has continued for over 7 months, I have done everything I could to keep the shareholder agreement and return ADOR to its place before April. However, HYBE has not admitted its wrongdoing and shows no signs of changing, so I have decided that further efforts are a waste of time."

Newjeans parents and their fans will now see the difference of the privilege they had, before they start following the witch demands and greediness, they follow the witch path, now they'll suffer the same consequence. I do think they already concluded that they're going to disband as Newjeans because of the speech they gave during the award show. They garnered sympathy from other idols and the public that time and thank the witch as their ceo.

Is MHJ leaving the country with the criminal case imenent? What would be the ramifications of her "fleeing"? Now what happens with the girl's ultimatum? Is anyone putting a restraining order on her for the girls and their families? Where is this cockroach going? Where's that Shaman? So many questions coming up :)
