To clarify:
This document was solely the work of the former editor-in-chief, and the Weverse Magazine team was unaware of its existence.
None of the current team members or external contributors involved in creating Weverse Magazine content participated in the document’s production.
The former editor-in-chief has been removed from his position and is no longer involved in any work related to Weverse Magazine. Individuals engaged in the monitoring work under his direction have also been dismissed.
Weverse Magazine and its team stand firmly against the actions related to this monitoring document. While we regret any discomfort or inconvenience this situation has caused, we remain committed to providing our readers with even deeper, richer content in the future.

The last listed Editor-In-Chief of WeVerse Magazine was Myeongseok Kang. He co-authored "BEYOND THE STORY: 10-YEAR RECORD OF BTS," an official book commemorating BTS's decade-long journey.

I recall Weverse magazine also released a few controversial articles about some members of BTS, so I'm starting to think there was more to it than just marketing research, but we will never know. If he and his entire team were ALL let go, I'll take it to mean the was good cause.
