Or the manager knew the artist would charge much less than you were willing to pay so that the manager could take more profit. I know that I'm a people pleaser and get taken advantage of because of it. But its so hard to reverse those behavior and I'm hoping that over time I can learn to care less about people's perception of me...or at least overthinking about it. Small steps. I started to stop saying its okay when people apologize and I was actually not okay. I just say thank you or I appreciate the apology.
