During the hearing on the lawsuit filed by ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin against HYBE, Min sought a provisional injunction to prevent HYBE from exercising its voting rights. HYBE's legal representative made claims countering CEO Min's image as the supportive figure behind the group NEWJEANS.

On the morning of the 17th, the 50th Civil Affairs Division (B) of the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul, conducted a hearing regarding CEO Min's lawsuit. Both Min's and HYBE's legal representatives were present, each making their case through 30-minute presentations.

HYBE's representative argued that Min's interest was not in NEWJEANS itself, but rather in the money the group earned. They claimed that Min had made disparaging remarks about NEWJEANS to a close associate, allegedly saying that the group's success was due to her, not the members.

Min allegedly said" NewJeans' success is because of me, not NewJeans.

HYBE's representative said: "CEO Min demanded that the NEWJEANS members follow a script she had created, even during external interviews. This creates a gaslighting dynamic, where the artists are encouraged to stay in a passive role, under the guise of a 'mother-daughter relationship.'"

Furthermore, HYBE accused CEO Min of 'gaslighting' the NEWJEANS members, suggesting that she wanted them to be mentally subordinate to her. They alleged that Min demanded the members follow her script even in external interviews, creating a controlling relationship disguised as a supportive 'mother-daughter relationship.'

Meanwhile, ADOR is planning an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 31st to discuss the dismissal of CEO Min. Initially, it appeared that HYBE, which holds 80% of ADOR's shares, would succeed in dismissing Min. However, the outcome now depends on the court's decision regarding Min's request for an injunction to prevent HYBE from using its voting rights at the meeting.

Hybe says MHJ is overly reliant on her shaman friend. MHJ believes her deceased sister possesses the shaman and calls the shaman by her sister's name. MHJ has had 58,000 exchanges with the shaman in the last 6 months. It's 10K conversations a month or 1 convo per work minute.

MHJ planned taking over ADOR through the guidance of the shaman. MHJ leaked massive amounts of trade secrets to the shaman. The shaman also requested MHJ hire an employee and that the employee would become essentially physical embodiment of her sister to keep at her side.

MHJ tried to hire this person with no referrals but the person ended up obtaining a different job.
