Here are some tips because you are going there too:

wear comfortable shoes. We had to walk more than 10 minutes to get there. Unless you are taking a cab, you will have to walk.
go early.
make sure your tummy has space because everything we ordered was good and I wanted to order more but I didn't have space for it anymore.
the best spot, for me, is on the left side when you enter, past the huge chandelier because it gives you a good view of the entire cafe. The chairs on the other side were bar style, so your back is to the cafe and you are facing the terrace.

It's a huge property. It has three buildings, if I remember correctly, within the property. The tallest one seems to be fully occupied. That's the one with the brick wall, with a tree and a sign that says Magnate. The middle is the cafe and then there's another building on the other side.

Obviously, Jimin doesn't talk about their/his properties. He hasn't even mentioned Magnate. So, let's just keep this among us, okay?

In the Run BTS episode held there, they were going up and down several floors. The cafe only had 1 floor so they may have used either of the two buildings as well.

We got there just as they opened which was perfect because we got to choose our seat. It was also a Monday or Tuesday, I believe. By the time we left, it was half-full. There seem to be a lot of regulars, students who were studying there and some business meetings going on. There were also some ARMYs who were leaving some things.

I asked if the caps were for sale. They said no.

I ordered a cheesecake (14/10) and black coffee (absolutely heavenly). The iced americano you see in the photo is my niece's order.

I also went to the restaurant of Jin's brother and my niece (the one I raised) absolutely loved the meat. I don't eat beef. So, I had some chicken soup (Samgyetang). It's the 2nd best samgyetang I ever had. The best one is from the restaurant BTS used to eat in when they were trainees.
