Rally PSD file
Added 2021-05-14 19:26:30 +0000 UTCIt was quite some time I wanted to draw this very classic '90 anime/manga character :D So there we go with Gunsmith Cats' Rally Vincent picture set :D I loved the manga back in the days so drawing her was very fun :D I hope you like this classic picture set ;) As usual, here is the PSD file to create your own version:

To view all separate layers, you can use many softwares :) Someone suggested this online tool https://www.photopea.com/ but many graphic softwares can do that as well :) Recently I saw also this free graphic software https://krita.org/en/ which should open PSD files with layers as well! I hope this helps :) Lemme know if it worked!
