Looks like spoiled princess Elvina wanted a picture set all focused on her this summer, and who am I to say no to a princess? u.u Of course some guests may appear in this summer set, as I tried to add many variants for you ;) I hope you like and I hope your summer was very good so far! As usual, here is the PSD file with all layers to create your own version:

To view all separate layers, you can use many softwares :) Someone suggested this online tool https://www.photopea.com/ but many graphic softwares can do that as well :) Recently I saw also this free graphic software https://krita.org/en/ which should open PSD files with layers as well! I hope this helps :) Lemme know if it worked!
