Long Overdue PC Upgrade & Solar System Project

Hey,

As I mentioned in a previous update, I have now upgraded my PC. You can read all about it here if you're interested in that sort of stuff.

Nearly four years ago, I also wrote that I was working on a video or series of videos about the Solar System. The plan was to make one 30-60 minute video about all nine planets (Pluto included). But the more I worked on the project, the less interesting it became. Over time, the project sort of ground to a halt, and I think it is time to scrap it.

However, it wasn't all for nothing. Much of the work I did on the Solar System project ended up in Bygone Visions of Cosmic Neighbors. It kind of happened by accident. I borrowed some of the Ashen Light stuff from the Venus episode, then I borrowed some of the Moon stuff from the Earth episode, etc. So, in a roundabout way and without even intending for that to be the case, Bygone Visions of Cosmic Neighbors is what the Solar System project eventually became.

I might revive the idea of a series of videos about the Solar System in the future but for now, at least, I'm gonna focus on other projects.
