1. Fixed characters can't change hands postures in StudioNEO when character is wearing heels.
Requirements: Sideloader, AIAPI, BepinEx
Known Issues: In Game - Sometimes H Animations will float In Game - Heels not being applied to some animations. ALL - Heel Angle Limit Mechanism is disabled temporarily. (Will be back in next version - Gimbal Lock)
