Red Animation Part 2

IN part two we will be taking the assets made in part one (attached) and applying them in geometry nodes. Then we will make a cool animation around that!

its very common for things like that to be the same

What is happening when you add 5 then divide by 10 to the position? Why 5 and 10 specifically? To add a texture coordinate I've always used a bounding box and map range a la: https://i.imgur.com/ChY9ycR.png (nicked from here: https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/269690/texture-coordinate-node-for-geometry-nodes) which allows me to adjust the X/Y by modifying the To Min/Max values, which adjusts the texture relative to the geometry it's being mapped. Also, this allows me to change the scale of the original geometry, which will scale the image accordingly. I get the same results, adjusting the 5 and 10 values, as I do changing the Min/Max in the map range. Just trying to grok why these two wildly different node setups produce the same results. Thanks!
