Sketchbook + Notebooks and Plush update

Whether or not they have this depends on the amount of votes aka expected amount of orders! You can now specify if you want multiple of one in the "other" section of the plush voting area.
Additionally, sketchbooks and notebooks have been added to the merch survey because they reached enough votes 🎉
