Main menu / Title screen Art

So right now I am in the process of making an epic main menu screen with the help of a fellow artist. These are the some of the many sketches that we've made so far. I figure that the main menu of the game should reflect my commitment to make the game look a lot better in every aspect.

I think number 1. Yes the second one shows more action but number 1portrays a sense of purpose or like believing in a cause. I hope that makes sense not sure If I said it right.
