Finished move

Hey Marshmallows! Really sorry about how long it's taken me to complete this move and settle in. It has taken way longer than I thought it would but I have finally set up the new studio and filmed today! Movies and tv shows will resume uploading on Patreon and YouTube this week! I have also ordered some film themed decor to put in the background of the videos as I felt mine has been a little plain in the past. Stay cozy!!

(American) it's been my experience that it varies widely. Complexes with many units often have yearly leases - sometimes month to month even - and turnover is higher. Single homes or duplexes and the like try to keep tenants long term, at least if they're good tenants. When I was younger and had no kids I moved often - for jobs, because I didn't like the place, or just to change things up. I knew lots of people who did the same.

Congrats on the new place!!!

Question to the Aussies and Americans here because I always hear about ending leases. Is this normal where you live to only stay there for a year or so and then move? I moved out of my parents house and I’m still in the same apartment because my landlord said I had to live there for at least 2 years and it’s a great apartment. They don’t want to look for new tenants all the time. And it’s more common to have a permanent lease where I live.
