I'm a movie enjoyer. I don't have a lot of time to sit down and watch shows or play long-winded games. But a lot of franchises nowadays are hyper focused on making movies that only make sense if you consumed all of the previous media.
That's why movies like Green Mile or Napoleon Dynamite are great. Timeless and don't need anymore added tot hem. You get what I mean?

That's something else that fits into this too, is the remakes for stuff. I get why some do it. It's to have a new generation of people watch what was great before, but.. I don't know, just show the original? It wouldn't cost anything lol

Oh Boy, I was very terrified what they did to them. 😰 It's so uncanny! I don't wanna look at them. 🤢 Since you mention about the Iron Giant. I'm gonna rewatch all of my childhood movies and shows.🤗
