TwistedTG Status Update April 2024

Hello everyone.

Sorry that it's been a month since our "we're back" post then just to do nothing again here. Some (if not most) of yall are frustrated, I totally understand. I would be too if I were in your shoes.

So I'm going to start this new process of a "health status update" if you will, of at least once a month to keep everyone in the know of what's happening behind the scenes with me and Doc. No fluff or anything like that. Just me letting yall know how's its going.

This past month, we (by we I mean Doc) have been busy putting together a standalone website that we can put our content on moving forward. Patreon recently has updated their terms of service regarding NSFW content on their platform, heavily restricting what can and can't be posted on their site. Which also means a lot of our current comics are/will be in violation of the new terms. And since we've already been suspended once, we'd rather not take that chance again.

So what does this mean?
Well, we're still working out the structure of content distribution. BUT, here's the thoughts right now (yall can send us suggestions or feedback in the comments on this if yall want):

Comics and other content will still be posted here on Patreon. At least the ones that won't get us nuked from orbit by the Patreon overlords.

The more spicy content will go up on under construction(TM) website which will have a Patreon patron verification check for yall to see.

The website will also have general announcements and whatnots on it. Probably mirrored from Patreon and vice versa so people won't need to check 2 different places for new updates.

This is just the idea at the moment. Seen a few other creators do something similar so I reckon its not anything crazy to propose. But if yall have other ideas or thoughts, yall are more than welcomed to let us know.

In other news, the last few pages are being completed on the first chapter of my Stranded comic. So that should start poking its head around pretty soon. Most likely on the website if its ready, but we'll see. And Doc also have a few comics of his own in the works too. (I've seen snippets but not the full things myself).

But anyway, that's what's happening here in the TwistedTG lair as of late. If yall have any questions, ask away in the comments. I'll answer as much as I can with what I know so yall don't feel left in the dark.
