Swill Vote - Star Wars

The Skywalker Saga has finally concluded so we thought it would be a good time to check out some Star Wars stinkers for the swill.
Some background information on this one: Sam has technically seen The Phantom Menace (but can't remember that much of it) and has also seen The Clone Wars movie and does remember how awful it was.
Either Episode I or Episode II could be a good starting point for digging into the Star Wars prequels.
