Condiments are often a low cost investment, but make a world of difference in cooking. just switch up sauces/condiments/spices and magically you have a new dish! There are lots of great new entrepreneurs during this pandemic too: Gloria's Shito is a black, woman owned business selling a Ghanian sauce online!
