Some quickie goals if ya got em!
Added 2020-08-29 03:07:22 +0000 UTCGood evening lovely friends! How are you holding up this week? If you're good, that's great! And if you're not so good, that's okay too! Wild times keep getting wilder, so I hope you're finding moments of sweetness and light where you can! Elliott and I came down to Palm Springs for the weekend and I saw this license plate on the way down:

I don't know who "Suz" is, but she's got 'TUDE. She's got so much TUDE she paid cash money to advertise it on her Mazda, so the rest of us tude-less trolls could cower in curious awe and reflect on our individual inabilities to harness such a powerful level of human greatness. Let us not be shamed by it's wonder, but instead let us be inspired to charge head strong and hearts full into our goals this weekend with the unbridled chaotic energy of the SUZTUDE. I think probably Jesus said that once.
Anyway, I'm tired and loopy y'all, bear with me 🙃My favorite part about SuzTude is imaging a sassy, retired school librarian spelling out S-U-Z-T-U-D-E over the phone to an uninterested employee at the license plate company. License plate company...sure, that's a thing.
We've signed up for a relaxing weekend here in PS so I don't have too many lofty goals this weekend, but, it never hurts to make a few, so here we go!
1. Make an art: I want to get some whacky creative juices flowing and just see what happens
2. Organize my homework: I mentioned to you guys last week that I'm taking some classes - well, they start next week so I have to ignite the nerdy student side of me again and get it's geeky butt in gear. Eeee! Fun!
3. Journal: I've been wanting to try out that 'morning pages' journaling that everyone speaks so lovingly about so let's get to it. Also, in my back-to-school geek frenzy I got a new notebook with hotdogs on it that's screaming to be ruined with my thoughts. So, here we go.
How about you guys?? Anyone got any goals going on this weekend?? Spill your guts and then let's all flail ourselves into this weekend with FULL SUZTUDE! Have great weekends friends!!! ❤️G

2020-08-29 18:37:26 +0000 UTCHappy weekend! Here is what I’ll be working on: 1. Organize my crafting supplies- I am hoping this will help me not procrastinate so many projects and will help me want to get crafty (not to mention make it easier) 2. See a friend in a socially distant safe way- if I’m honest the past couple weeks of not going anywhere has been tough, so I’m planning on going to the park and sitting 6 feet a part with my best friend and catching up 3. Do laundry- I’ve been avoiding a mountain of clothes that I need to go through to donate to my local women’s shelter, I probably won’t get to the point of taking them in, but the first step is to go through them.

Start and work on a painting I’ve been thinking about doing and just need to start. 3. Read at least one hour each day rather than only watching tv
2020-08-29 15:24:48 +0000 UTCI have one goal this weekend...we are going to look at houses today! My goal is to stay calm and not have a panic attack while doing something im extremely excited about.
2020-08-29 12:17:10 +0000 UTC1) read for at least an hour 2) get work stuff prepped - I start a new job as a teacher on Thursday!!! 3) tidy my depression pit of a bedroom Here's to us all releasing our inner SUZTUDE and completing our goals!!
2020-08-29 11:43:09 +0000 UTCMy main goals were laundry and dishes and I did those last night! Been putting off laundry for way too long, so that felt good. There’s a PSNow game called Control that is leaving on Monday, so now I have to focus on playing as much of it as I can before it’s not free anymore. I had previously given up on the game because it was too hard/not fun anymore, but they just made an update with difficulty settings. Now I’m super excited to finish the story.
