HDT-PE or SMP?
Added 2021-08-13 13:41:48 +0000 UTCMessing around with physics settings, and I'm at a crossroads regarding how I make future outfit releases.
- Would you rather I keep making HDT-PE rigged outfits (Using my BHUNP-Lite model)?
- Or do you prefer proper 3BBB-SMP ones which only have physics if a collision mesh is used in game and certain xml and dll file conditions are met?

Asking because it was hard even for me to get a properly working SMP setting. I could write a guide, or pack up some files to help people get a working setting too.
Also there is the part where, about 3BBB outfits, one can have either:
- A3BBB-PE setting that works without needing a collision mesh (But needs extra steps to set up the nif properly for NPCs)
- A full 3BBB-SMP setting, that requires specific files (edited hdtSkyrimmempatch.dll as well as some disabled xmls) to be installed besides the base BHUNP pack that comes from Nexus
Meanwhile my BHUNP-Lite model can work with any setting, but I'd rather specifically rig my releases to have HDT-PE (TBBP) physics (That means 4 known breast bones in contrast to 6 different new bones that 3BBB uses), which still gives enough jiggle, works on NPCs more easily and doesn't require a collision mesh.
If you dont understand what the hell am I talking about, check the description at my BHUNP-Lite mod page, it's near the bottom section, and it might help.
