This week we will be focusing on Loops. I will assign one or more loops each day. Each time I assign another loop, you will add that to your weekly playlist, and you will listen to your growing playlist every day this week. Some of the loops will contain an Affirmation for you to recite. I want you to recite your affirmation in your worshipful position, on your fucking knees, hands behind you, and head down.
