SC - DS - Cliff Unger

He is already set up and ready to go.
The follower is at the College of Winterhold, the library. He has no custom armor, so be sure to give him something of your choice if you want.
You can adjust his settings via CK.

By default he uses vanilla body with vanilla skeleton. You can replace those with anything you want 'cause tastes differ and all that crap.
He is of 0 weight only.
