I didn't mention this before because it slipped my mind and I was really focused on the build but since the rewards for the higher tiers are writing and lewd art, those rewards will also be delayed with the part 2 of the update. So next week on Saturday, I'll have those rewards up.
Sorry for the delay, this type of thing won't happen again.
