Would you like Patreon-only (or early access) merch?

I've been planning to make merch for my YouTube channel for a long time. But there is an opportunity to start here on Patreon. Patreon has a page on this where you can have a look which items are available. https://www.patreon.com/merch
I would like to make shirts and hoodies. But for that, I'd have to create a new tier that is at least $35+ a month. I could include a hoodie in this new tier and think off some other perk that would go along with.
What do you guys think of this?
