So Mike Smith (aka Bubbles) was originally the sound guy for the show but those glasses are real. His gf at the time was visiting her parents and they went to an estate sale and saw them for 50 cents and bought them as a gag for Mike. They were all filming and he put them on and showed the guys “Bubbles” the character he came up with from those glasses and the guys loved it so “Bubbles” was born. But the dude is like in his 50’s and was in a band-he looks nothing like Bubbles lol
