Fun facts about Rime:
Rime exists in her own realm where she freely controls the waters and ice of the realm.
Rime woke up in this world one day noticing that the fur on her body is gone. She eventually learns of her powers and takes enjoyment in her new situation.
Rime herself doesn't know but she was involved in a fire accident which is the source of her fur being gone.
She take appreciation in her new furless self enjoying the feeling of her smooth skin.
It is unknown if the fire accident lead to her demise or she is still alive in this world. She doesn't make an effort to learn as she cannot escape this realm.

yeah, pretty much any aspect of water is within her control. It is very similar to what Glacier can do.
