Giving proper credit to Stan Lee, Steve Ditko, and Jack Kirby for their contributions to the Marvel character is hard enough, but then there's this weird conspiracy theory that popped up a few years back claiming that Ditko stole the design of Spider-Man's suit from the Ben Cooper Halloween costume company.
