2022-11-12 15:21:29 +0000 UTCBethellium reminds me a lot of Carcasonne, but like 3x bigger, and magic n stuff. Supposedly in the 1130's it had a population of 3000 - 4000 both in and outside the walls. So 8000 magic users in a large fortified city which is supported by another agrarian town makes sense to me. If anything 8000 might even be a bit low.

2022-11-12 00:14:14 +0000 UTCI've been precisely discussing that with BlackMoira recently. While this is not a definitive number yet, right now I roughly calculate 8000 animas living in Bethellium. Transient population is very small, so those don't really add much to the numbers. BUT we're still defining that in detail, so the definitive number could still be somewhat different.

2022-11-11 23:48:57 +0000 UTCbeautiful, it's great to have details of Bethellium richly illustrated with its neighborhoods and key locations. we already have the chance to have the location of the city on a map at the beginning of the comics and it's great that there is so much precision for the universe of the characters, it makes it more solid. I love it's great :D
