Fluoresca Neon/Lunaire
Added 2019-09-13 00:00:24 +0000 UTCBeen a really long time since I have drawn this character. Originally created as a joke alicorn OC, people took a major liking to her so I decided to do more with her. Gave her a more serious form which is known as Fluoresca Lunaire for the hell of it.
