Just a hunch, but try and see if you can't find out if the bot isn't banned. For some reason, the NowLive bot which some folks use integrated with Picarto and other sites to automate streaming announcements got banned, and Discord actually has a pretty vague and risky stance on bots. Not listed as against the ToS last I looked into the controversy, but against the rules according to some staff yet not others.
