AND THAT'S IT. Just a silly little comic I wanted to make after finishing some big, long-term projects! I hope you guys enjoyed it, and I'd love to launch into some new short comics asap. I've always been a big-scope writer (for better or OFTEN for worse lol) so having so many ideas for little snips and stories has felt really freeing. I made all 24 pages...you mean it's done? I don't have to keep going? It's just done forever?? WOW. INCREDIBLE.
Sorry for the delayed upload, btw! I just got back from ECCC and went to sleep for 2 days.
Anyhoo, thanks for reading! Here's the pencils:

You can see here in the thumbs that I wasn't going to actually SHOW Dancing Wizard, which, in retrospect, seemed like a grave sin. I feel like there's a case for mentioning something cool in a story but not showing it (probably for comedic effect) but usually I think it's more important to make good on these promised visuals.
And finally, as a treat since I don't have any more storyboards to show, here are some of the finished toned pages so far:

I'm pretty happy with how they're turning out!
IN CLOSING, as I've mentioned before, this project was really an excuse for me to jam all my favorite things to draw into a neat little package that I could finish quickly after about 4 years of nonstop huge projects. The original storyboard pitch this is based on is from 2015, so I've had this weird wizard world percolating in my brain for quite a while. I've always had like...TONS of ideas and stories based on these concepts. Graphic novels worth, even. But I've never really had an opportunity within the past few to make good on them. I'm hoping to workshop a few more of my longform ideas in this world as ogns I could pitch to a company some day. We'll see where that goes!
Thanks again for pledging to my Patreon and reading my first FINISHED original little story in more than 8 years! :) <3
