Bonus Character Release: Risa

I actually only put her together for a single scene during thanksgiving, but I guess I never did a follow-up post actually releasing the character card. Honestly I thought the card was lost until now.
Figured I'd release her as a bonus.

Yeah it's not like I'm closing them forever. I've actually got a waiting-list setup, though as a rule I was only accepting simple works until I can catch up (short animations and stills)
