FM23 Data Tweaks v8.4

Default Database:
- Tweaked Player Details (2nd Nationalities, Names, etc);
- Updated Clubs Sell clauses;
- Updated Boards of some Clubs;
- Updated Mbappe's contract;
Updated Shortlist file.
Enhanced Database file:
- Updated Transfers from the Created Players;
- Tweaked Created Players Details (Height, etc);
- Created a total of 1025 new Players/Staff on 23.5 Patch;
- Created a total of 1025 Cut-Out faces & Icons on 23.5 Patch;
Tweaked 2023-2024 file: [NEW]
- Manually adjusted Player contracts from the top leagues (so Players that joined a club in 2022 were changed to 2021 allowing you to buy them in the first season - WORK IN PROGRESS!
- Manually adjusted the transfer amounts from summer market 2023 - WORK IN PROGRESS!
(Tweaked 2023-2024 file requires a Transfer Update file, use the one you like most)
Tested in a new save started at 26th of June 2022
