Updated Shortlist file.
Created a temporary file with updates on Chelsea Staff Transfers.
Enhanced Database file:
- Updated some Player Details (CA/PA);
- Nerf on Mason Greenwood;
- Nerf on some Ecuador new Players;
- Created a total of 718 new Players/Staff on 23.4 Patch;
- Created a total of 718 Cut-Out Faces & Icons on 23.4 Patch;
