New Job is killing me

my new job has destroy my career of drawing
everyday after the work my eyes burn
my parent feel good because I got a normal job instead of riding bike to deliver foods.
but I think I am dying, technically
in my company we don't have overtime pay, but still need to do this, so I am really tired.
in tomorrow is support to be my day off, but no, we need work for free due to some idiot reason.
