The Start of a Brand New Vanilla City - Segunda Beach | Cities Skylines 2

The city’s founders aim to create a better version of Verde Beach: an affordable, accessible community for anyone who wants to live here—something Verde Beach has struggled to remain. It’s an ambitious goal, but they’re confident it can be achieved. But before all of that, the city must be founded, and that’s what we’re doing today.
Like Verde Beach, this will be a (mostly) vanilla build. That means gameplay-enhancing mods are off the table, though a few visual enhancers will be part of the play-set. Additionally, regional packs will be added to the city as they become available and used where they make sense.
This series will be recorded live on Twitch to capture that authentic Verde Beach vibe. If you want to watch it unfold in real-time, be sure to follow me there! If not, edited videos of the streams, like this one, will be released shortly after.

So glad to see a new build with all the fixings of vanilla as they are. I have NO idea how you can visualize your road system in advance. Somehow you do things I would never think to do and make it look snazzy--even if you'll be needing that highway entrance now given the back up at that intersection :)
