Description:
This folder allows you to replace peds with addonpeds or other peds, including animals!!
Each .rpf is empty to save you memory/space, which means you do not have to copy
the entire dlc.rpf to your mods folder.
It contains:
**componentpeds_a_c (Animals)
**componentpeds_ig (replacable IG peds go here...ex. "ig_bankman")
**streamedpeds_a_c (streamed pets , ex. chop, other dogs)
**streamedpeds_ig (streamed peds) (addonpeds with folder goes here)

**mpchristmas2017 (replacable IG and CSB from Doomsday)
**mpheist3 (IG and CSB peds from Arcade update)
**mpheist3_cutspeds (Cutscene peds from Arcade update)
**mpvinewood (Peds from Casino Update)
**mpvinewood_cutspeds(Cutscene peds from Casino Update)
Installation:
This is a addon, place "replacePeds" folder in "dlcpacks" inside your "mods" folder.
Open "Open IV" and go here: update\update.rpf\common\data (copy to mods folder),
make sure "edit mode" is on, scroll down til you see "dlclist.xml", right click with mouse, choose "edit"
scroll to the last "item line", and after the last "item line", add this: <Item>dlcpacks:/replacePeds/</Item>
click save.
