To answer your question at the beginning about breaking format—The answer is yes it’s good to let the podcast grow as you grow. There will always be commenters who complain about change. But I think it’s probably better for the long term if you want to keep this podcast going for many years, trying to fit yourself into a box that you built for yourself in 2020 isn’t the way to do it. Keep doing what feels right.
