Actually, in the comic, killing Sazza gives Durge approval. The reason is because of his violent blood calling to him. It'll grant him inspiration ingame. Durge recognizes the goblins as a threat to the grove, which also means a threat to their own safety. He believes they are better off dead. Tav believes similarly. Durge also approves whenever you allow Lae'zel to interrogate the tiefling because it shows that the player is willing to allow Lae'zel or other party members to act in their own way (within reason). It gives the companions a little more freedom in Durge's eyes.
