Added 2022-09-02 13:09:32 +0000 UTCI need to talk about this drama. Who's watching? Who's obsessed? I'm actually consumed with it and I would cut off my arm for Gyeo Re at this point. Ji Chang Wook is acting his ass off. I want to be Sooyoung because she's amazing and fun and has a huge heart.
What are you all thinking??? Any predictions? Who's wallowing in the feels with me?

2022-09-02 20:25:47 +0000 UTCIβm watching as episodes drop and JCW is breaking my heart! The stories of the hospice patients are sad, but itβs JCWβs emoting thatβs making me cry. Like the episode with the persimmon tree, when JCW was weeping while holding the grandpaβs hand, there was no way I could watch without weeping right along with him. I think the show is doing a great job of balancing all the sadness with humor and romance. Dr. Yang is sometimes ridiculous (has he never heard of quality of life or pet therapy?) but I get that his role is needed as a counterbalance to some of the questionable medical practices (violating a DNR) and as a romantic rival (he doesn't stand a chance against Gyeo Re!). Sooyoung is my new role model. In both this show and Run On she plays a strong, assertive, and athletic woman and I love that! I predict that Nurse Seo will kick some butt and protect Gyeo Re from his ex (I think sheβs his ex, but at first I thought she was his sisterπ€).

2022-09-02 17:18:23 +0000 UTCI am enjoying it - especially JCW's outfits! Those satin shirts and embroidered jackets. I think my favorite character, though, is Son. However, I keep thinking something evil and bad is going to happen every time Sung Don Il smiles because he was such a creepy serial killer in Legend of the Blue Sea. Also, I am having a hard time getting on board with the other volunteer who is played by the actress who was the horrible mother in Something In the Rain. The residual aftertaste of those roles is making me question if team Genie is a philanthropy or evil cult in hiding. Could be a major plot twist?
