Ever since we had to change the settings to allow the users to watch from their mobile phone. This has been another on-going issue. I'm not sure why the settings from our video host does this, which is very bizarre. But it seems currently this is the only workaround for mobile users to watch the video :( But yes, it will appear blank, but you'll need to hit the play button once, and the thumbnail will appear and the video will work on mobile devices now!
