Poll Notice and Feedback.

Hey Tiks and Tikettes, I have noticed the occasional suspicious patterns on the polls. Particularly this month and on a couple recent-ish months. There has been some vote stacking I have noticed, that fluctuates with an income of new accounts. While this is financially appreciated by myself, it is rather unfair when I notice last minute votes spiking a characters position to 1st place.

I want to the polls to feel fair as possible and would like to avoid a situation in which it becomes 'pay to win' on them. I feel the polls system as is works relatively solidly and would like to ask if it should be adapted?

We could keep it as is and just keep an eye on it to see if it becomes an issue, or would you be interested in a 'raffle' style approached to the polls? Instead of votes determining who wins, they would insert another chance to win in a raffle at the end of the poll for that character.
Example: If Kei had 30 votes, she would have 30 submissions into the raffle.

The benefit would allow more niche characters to win and there would be less chance to rig if that was to be an issue. That said, I understand the appeal of majority vote for the popular choice as well!

Give me some feedback in the comments below please! Would you like to change the system? Should we not worry about it much? Other solutions and general comments are welcome. Let me know!

Thank you all again for everything! I thrive to make this Patreon experience as worth your time as I can and enjoy all the support and having all of you around!

I really like this solution since it would fix a lot! Patreon doesn't have such a feature sadly though ;(

A raffle would remove the guarantee that a character will win, and thus would discourage people from vote stacking and paying for their character to win. Though I think something you should try first is hiding poll stats until the poll's conclusion (unless if Patreon's polls don't have this option). People would be unable to find out the minimum amount of money they need to spend to guarantee their character's victory, and thus would be discouraged from attempting to vote stack.

for the raffle to be picking again and again until a character wins multiple times maybe 2 or 3 so the chances of a random character with 4 votes won't really happen Might be an okie idea not sure tho
