How to - fight the undead

Since we have had a few players ask us how to beat the undead, here is a quick guide on how to fight them.

1st of all, the undead are weak against fire this means that Hottie's hellfire attacks, as well as the fire stone summon and Lust's fireball will do double damage. On the other hand, they are resistant to regular physical attacks reducing the incoming damage by 50%.

So you want to have as many MP potions as you can to keep Hottie blasting (as well as spending all your MP elixirs on her), use Lust's fireball sparingly as well as having a dedicated character that can pop the fire summon on every battle wave. Also the Earth summon is a good one to have and, although not as popular but extremely overpowered, is the water summon as it gives an extra free turn to attack while the enemy just takes it without responding. Also very very useful is the Fairy flower which reduces fatigue, as does Druidia's special ability. These 2 can be used together for a fair reduction of fatigue that can be employed in various strategies.

As for party formation. Hottie pretty much carries her group. For Lust's group, a possible setup is the following. Ramset as he has a cheap special ability to do AOE (hits all enemies) attacks and then either a healer like Maria or heavy hitter like Black Panther. Be sure to spend all the attribute points you have on each character. For example, for Maria mainly invest in POW (increasing her magic output) and a bit in INT maybe. Black Panther spend a couple points on DEX just to hit the next boost and then everything on STR for max dmg output.
Mina and Demonica unfortunately, although they are strong characters, are not very good against the undead since their main strengths are nerfed by the undead battle rules. EG. Mina's vampiric drain does not work on the undead (but it does against Baylor).

For Hottie, mainly focus on using her cheap flame attack and on keeping her in good shape. Conserve her fatigue so that you may use her special in later battles when you will need it most. Regarding Lust's party, it's important for the 2 supporting characters to use summoning stones and have Ramset use his special as long as there are a lot of enemies on the field, while Lust and whomever else is in the party, focus fire on a single target to bring it down as fast as possible.

As for Baylor, I won't give away too much but... 1st off the undead battle rules don't apply, so fire and physical attack damages are back to normal. You will need to have your strongest special abilities available. Also, carefully read the dialogue text with Frosty just before reaching the top of the Black Tower, as it gives a tip on how to approach the Baylor battle.
