Good and Bad news
Added 2017-03-14 10:56:12 +0000 UTCDear Patrons,
So a little update on what is happening here. We have some bad news unfortunately, but also some good ones.
The bad news is that we are having some issues with the developer we hired and he won't be able to deliver the whole agreed set of tasks. In more detail, for example the new battle system we were counting on is not coming...
On top of that we are unsure if he will be continuing to collaborate with us or not...
As you can imagine this is quite an annoying situation and could be a serious set back... we might have to find a new developer and therefore go through the whole time consuming selection process etc and hope that this time we get the professional figure we require.
The good news is that nontheless, we will by whatever means, still release what we described in the progress update that we posted some time ago. We will not let this incident block our production and we will still deliver what we promised.
Also, although the work was not completed, the developer was able to deliver the base coding for the core introduction of this coming update, namely the exploration files. That means that you will still be able to take Lust out and about for the first time. Regarding the battles, well we will find a way to work around the problem and we will still deliver new battles in the coming update.
Ultimately, not everything is going as smothly as we had planned, and this latest development is a real issue that we need to try and solve as quickly as possible but... we will, somehow, still deliver every single thing we have promised... so do not worry we got this.
It is never easy hey... there is always something that needs to come up and get in the way, bloody annoying... but by hell we will deliver what we promised and our word will stand!

Hi dylan, well it is a number of things that developed across 2 months... all we can assure you of is that we have been fair, he was payed and that we were very flexible. We actually think that maybe our being too compromising might have been our only mistake and that we have to treat these business relationships a bit more formally.

2017-03-14 16:58:39 +0000 UTCthings are rarely going as planned, but thats no reason to get down for~ even if it delays some stuff, it's not such a big issue..... since it will come! and since the game is in developement state... u can get around that i think, release some other stuff that isn't related to the missing programming(artwork, animations, new characters even) and get the promised thing later..... nobody would have aproblem with that i think... so heads up, think positive... good karma will come. Who knows maybe you get something better out of that incident in the end xD

2017-03-14 11:46:41 +0000 UTCUnfortunatly, i know .... happend sometimes. But what that means "we are *unsure* if he will be continuing to collaborate with us"... For me it's clear, this guy can be trust anymore. he seem to not have give you enought clue of what he is doing. So fired him. Did you pay him? So no doubt about that. It's not a problem even if you release some unfinish pictures or animations. As you annonce before, your plan is to finish this game at the end of this year. Even it's not a real release time, i prefer to have now a "skeleton game", the basic work if you see, then it will be fill up mounth by mounth than to have a little bite by bite with your problem now. That's just my view on it. I'm with you PGSS don't let the firt circle take you.
